Senior IT HR Recruiter

Description

Gini Talent is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support our growing technical recruitment operations on a part-time basis 

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing,
screening, and coordinating highly qualified technology professionals for
clients across software, AI, fintech, gaming, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, and
other technology-driven industries. 

This position is ideal for recruiters with strong technical
hiring experience who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced,
remote environment while collaborating with international teams and clients. 

We are seeking someone with proven expertise in technical
recruitment, stakeholder communication, candidate relationship management, and
end-to-end hiring processes. 

  

Responsibilities 

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT-related
positions 

Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job
boards, referrals, GitHub, and other recruiting channels 

Screen candidates for technical qualifications,
communication skills, and overall role fit 

Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers,
and client stakeholders 

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and
future hiring needs 

Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring
requirements and recruitment strategies 

Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment
records within ATS platforms 

Prepare candidate summaries, interview feedback, and
recruitment status updates 

Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the
hiring process 

Stay informed on current hiring trends across software
engineering, product, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and technology sectors 

Requirements 

5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technical
recruiting, or talent acquisition 

Strong experience hiring software engineers, product
managers, designers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, data professionals, or other
technology-focused roles 

Experience working within staffing agencies, recruitment
firms, RPO environments, or fast-paced hiring organizations 

Good understanding of software development roles and modern
technology stacks 

Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn
Recruiter and other sourcing platforms 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
simultaneously 

Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment management
tools 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

Ability to work effectively in a remote and internationally
distributed environment 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience recruiting for software, AI, fintech, gaming,
cloud, SaaS, or technology consulting companies 

Experience supporting international recruitment projects and
global hiring initiatives 

Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR), global workforce
solutions, or international talent acquisition is a plus 

Understanding of Agile environments and modern technology
organizations 

Experience hiring senior-level technical professionals and
leadership roles
