Senior IT HR Recruiter
Gini Talent is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support our growing technical recruitment operations on a part-time basis In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing,screening, and coordinating highly qualified technology professionals forclients across software, AI, fintech, gaming, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, andother technology-driven industries. This position is ideal for recruiters with strong technicalhiring experience who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced,remote environment while collaborating with international teams and clients. We are seeking someone with proven expertise in technicalrecruitment, stakeholder communication, candidate relationship management, andend-to-end hiring processes. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT-relatedpositions Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, jobboards, referrals, GitHub, and other recruiting channels Screen candidates for technical qualifications,communication skills, and overall role fit Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers,and client stakeholders Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current andfuture hiring needs Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiringrequirements and recruitment strategies Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitmentrecords within ATS platforms Prepare candidate summaries, interview feedback, andrecruitment status updates Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout thehiring process Stay informed on current hiring trends across softwareengineering, product, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and technology sectors Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technicalrecruiting, or talent acquisition Strong experience hiring software engineers, productmanagers, designers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, data professionals, or othertechnology-focused roles Experience working within staffing agencies, recruitmentfirms, RPO environments, or fast-paced hiring organizations Good understanding of software development roles and moderntechnology stacks Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedInRecruiter and other sourcing platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritiessimultaneously Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment managementtools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a remote and internationallydistributed environment Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for software, AI, fintech, gaming,cloud, SaaS, or technology consulting companies Experience supporting international recruitment projects andglobal hiring initiatives Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR), global workforcesolutions, or international talent acquisition is a plus Understanding of Agile environments and modern technologyorganizations Experience hiring senior-level technical professionals andleadership roles Why Join Gini Talent Flexible part-time remote opportunity Work with global clients across diverse industries andmarkets Exposure to international recruitment projects and workforcesolutions Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a globally recognized workforcesolutions company Continuous learning and professional developmentopportunities Interested?
